Choosing a Villa in Sapanca: Jacuzzi or Private Pool?
How to choose a villa in Sapanca by group size, jacuzzi, private pool, fireplace and season. A comparison of the Feel & Live Hotel villas.

Most people looking for a villa in Sapanca start their search with "jacuzzi" or "pool". Both are lovely, but they do not suit every season or every group. Here are the questions we hear most often when guests book.
Start with the number of guests
The first question is how many of you are coming. Each villa page shows the maximum number of guests. If your group is larger than that, ask us before you book. A family of four and a group of eight friends need very different spaces. Children count towards the total, so mention them when you book.
Jacuzzi or private pool?
A private pool comes into its own in summer. Unless the water is heated, from October to May the pool is mostly something to look at. If sunbathing by the water, children playing in the pool all day and breakfast outdoors are what you want, a pool villa is the right choice.
A jacuzzi works all year. Sitting in hot water while the autumn leaves fall, or on a cold winter evening, is one of the things our guests ask about most. That is why couples booking for winter usually ask for the jacuzzi villa.
Fireplace and terrace
Evenings in Sapanca are cool even in summer. A fireplace here is something you actually use. A stone fireplace suits people who want the sound and smell of wood. An electric fireplace suits those who want warmth without the fuss.
Check what the terrace looks onto. An evening on a terrace above the stream is not the same as one facing a road or a car park. Look closely at the terrace in the photos.

Which villa for which group?
For a couple or a family with two children in winter, the Deluxe Villa with Jacuzzi is a good fit. A family of five coming in summer for the pool will be comfortable in the Pool Villa. If eight friends or two families are travelling together, the two-storey Duplex Villa gives everyone their own space. For somewhere quieter and away from the crowd, choose the Mountain House.
Picking your dates
Weekends and public holidays fill up first. For Bayram holidays and New Year, book a few weeks ahead. If you can come midweek, the property is quieter and you have more villas to choose from.
